Sean joined ICR in early 2019, and is responsible for ICR’s day to day legal operations, including drafting, negotiating, and administration of all contracts between ICR and its clients. Sean strives to ensure that all parties involved experience an efficient and comprehensive onboarding process and through all phases of the client relationship. Sean also is involved in ICR’s corporate governance, employee engagement, and other important day to day business operations.

Prior to joining ICR, Sean practiced securities litigation, and also worked in house at two major Connecticut corporations. Sean earned a BA in History from Providence College, and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
