Bobby currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and has spent the entirety of his professional career with ICR, growing with the company since 2008. He is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the firm.

He conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.  In conjunction with the above responsibilities, Bobby has helped to develop cost reduction strategies and is key in leading strategic business decisions for the firm.

Bobby earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Concordia College and a MBA in Finance from Iona College.
