BEIJING, June 22, 2018 — Meituan Dianping, China’s leading e-commerce platform for services, has retained ICR, Inc., a leading global strategic communications and advisory firm, to support the Company’s public and investor relations.
In this role, ICR will provide Meituan assistance in building relationships with international, English-language business, financial, and industry media and enhance the Company’s international investor communications and shareholder outreach efforts in North America.

In October, Meituan announced that it had raised $4 billion in its Series C financing round led by Tencent, which also included investment from The Priceline Group, Sequoia Capital, GIC, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Trustbridge Partners, Coatue Management, IDG Capital, Tiger Global Management, and the China-UAE Investment Cooperation Fund.
