Caitlin is responsible for overseeing all marketing, sponsorship and communication aspects of the firm’s three day annual ICR Conference that occurs every January with an attendance of over 2,500. In addition, she formulates and implements all marketing strategies and activities for the firm including branding, client communication, advertising, event planning and strategic partnerships. In 2015, she lead the exploration, development and execution of ICR’s new brand identity, website and integrated practice platform.
Prior to joining ICR, Caitlin spent over 15 years in advertising and brand management, most recently at Subway Restaurants where she spent 6 years leading their media, strategic events and branded content efforts working closely with major network TV partners.
Caitlin received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
