Kevin McCarthy

Kevin joined ICR Capital in 2021 and provides equity capital markets counsel to clients on a variety of transactions, including IPOs, marketed follow-ons and block trades. With over 7 years of experience in equity capital markets, Kevin has advised senior management teams and private equity sponsors on nearly 50 transactions across various sectors, raising more than $20 billion in proceeds. Prior to joining ICR Capital, Kevin was an Associate at Solebury Capital.

Kevin is a proud graduate of Gettysburg College, where he was a 4-year varsity football letter winner. He currently resides in Hermosa Beach, California, with his wife. Outside of advising clients, Kevin is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities such as surfing, skiing, rock climbing, volleyball, and yoga.
