Niren Nazareth is a Managing Director at ICR Capital where he focuses on capital markets transactions across all industry verticals. Niren advises corporate management teams on IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, SPACs, convertible offerings and warrants.

Prior to joining ICR Capital, Niren Nazareth spent over 10 years in Equity Capital Markets and Convertible & SPAC Trading at Deutsche Bank. He worked on landmark transactions for Softbank / Alibaba Group, US Treasury Department, Dole Foods and Dish Network. Niren also founded a HR technology startup based in New York City.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Niren structured and marketed equity derivative products, including warrants and equity-linked notes.

Niren received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Niren is a CFA Charterholder.
