Frank is a 34 year Wall Street veteran, where he has an extremely deep background in originating, structuring, and executing equity offerings in a lead and active bookrunner capacity. His career spans many Wall Street cycles, and he has worked in every industry sector of Equity Capital Markets. Frank has led approximately 200 IPO’s and 500 equity offerings throughout his career, many being some of the largest executed in each industry. He has extensive relationships with the ECM, Investment Banking, Financial Sponsor, and Legal community on Wall Street.

Frank was formerly Co-Head of the Equity Capital Markets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and a Vice Chairman at BofAML and most recently at UBS. He started his career at Salomon Brothers in 1984 (during the era of Michael Lewis’ book “Liars Poker”). He has worked with most of the top private equity firms on Wall Street taking many of their portfolio companies public in all types of market environments. He was also on the Equity Business Review Committee at UBS given his knowledge and experience working with CEO’s and CFO’s of public and private companies.

Frank received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his undergraduate degree is from Yale University, where he is on the Board of the Yale Basketball Association as a former varsity player.
