Lindsay Hyde

Lindsay is a Managing Director at ICR Capital. Lindsay advises founders, corporate management teams and financial sponsors on equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, SPACs, convertible financings, follow-on offerings and block trades.

Lindsay joined ICR Capital from Barclays, where she spent 13 years focused entirely on the capital markets. She has experience advising clients across the capital structure including equity capital, as well as investment grade bonds and loans. Lindsay started her career at Lehman Brothers in Debt Capital Markets and most recently was a Director in Equity Capital Markets at Barclays focusing on multiple industry sectors, including Industrials, Consumer Retail & Consumer Tech.

Lindsay applies over a decade of investment banking experience to evaluate, facilitate and ease access to the capital markets. Raising capital (primary or secondary) can be an opaque and uncertain process, and her knowledge of the markets and investment banks enables clients to approach their critical transactions well prepared and with confidence.

Lindsay graduated from Amherst College where she majored in Economics and Political Science, and played goalie on the Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey team.
