Scott Joined ICR in 2016 after nearly 20 years as a sell-side analyst. Scott has researched and analyzed numerous segments of the food, beverage and personal care industries during his career; and was one of the first analysts on Wall Street to identify the Healthy Living trend. Scott has been recognized as a leading sell-side analyst in his industry, including being named to the Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street list in 2004, 2007, 2010 and 2011. Scott was also named the top analyst in his industry by Forbes in 2004 and the Financial Times in 2010.
Scott has authored numerous reports on the Healthy Living industry including focused research on natural and organic food, nutritional supplement, functional food, weight loss, specialty coffee, direct selling and snack food industries. Scott is highly involved with the natural and organic food industry and was honored as one of the top 25 business builders in the natural food industry by the Natural Foods Merchandiser in 2004.
Prior to joining ICR, Scott was a Managing Director at Canaccord Genuity, a global full service investment bank focused on growth companies. Prior to his nearly 17 years at Canaccord Genuity, Scott began his career on Wall Street at Raymond James & Associates. Scott received a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida, is a CFA charterholder and member of the Boston Securities Analysts Society.
