Michael Goldberg is a Managing Director at ICR Capital. Michael advises corporate management teams and financial sponsors across all industry verticals on the full spectrum of public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, follow-on offerings, block trades and convertible offerings.

Michael has focused on the capital markets for his entire career. Michael has over 25 years of experience working in equity and debt capital markets on over 1,000 transactions for clients across industries. Most recently, Michael spent the last decade as the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets and the U.S. Head of Equity Capital Markets for RBC Capital Markets. Michael was also a member of RBC’s U.S. Global Investment Banking Management Committee and was Chairman of RBC’s Equity Commitment Committee. Prior to that, Michael was a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Barclays Capital and Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers.

Michael received his MBA from Columbia Business School and has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College.
